There’s no snow where I am, but it’s definitely cold. Our temperatures here will be back in the 50s in a couple of days, at least.
Three cheers for bubbles, books and burgeoning poetesses!
That is so cute! Love the beginning and the last verse is great.
It’s cold here, too–8 degrees this morning! Yep–WAY too cold to ski, even if they do have 2-for-1 lift tickets!
Very Good! A+
“Tomorrow the cat
Becomes an it.”
XD
Perhaps this is the season to plan a historical ball! I could come out there and do the teaching/calling for it?
And among your many other talents…a poet, as well. Loved the “cat becoming and it”, very clever! It’s
awful cold down here in VA, too! Just remember back to Camp K this summer and sweating in
the 90 degree temps. I sure could use a few of those days right now! Lisa P.
I love it! The last stanza really wraps it up great!
You are the coolest, coolest poet of the day. Love it!
Tomorrow your cat becomes an it. I wonder how your sons hostess is enjoying her chocolate!
How did the audition go? Poor kitty — ours are all its too!
Sounds cozy.
