  • Nice profile picture…..

  • One of my friends INSISTED that I read Twilight, and gave me a copy. So, it’s sitting in my room right now, beside my 5 other unfinished books. Sigh. I haven’t started it…should I?

  • who wrote the book? is the title Twilight.?

  • I haven’t read Twilight in a couple years. I took the test and only scored 94%   We are so excited about the movie!! And the new book! Woot! I think I need to go back and read Twilight again now!

I think you should. It’s the first part of a three-part series by Stephenie Meyer. Book one is Twilight. Then comes New Moon and Eclipse, with Breaking Dawn set for release in August. It’s a Young Adult series with teenager Bella Swan as the protagonist who moves to the dismal town of Forks, WA, where she meets an interesting family in her high school and falls in love with Edward. It just turns out that the family are “vegetarian vampires.” It’s a well-written story with adventure, romance, and very little Anne Rice.

  • @TeacherPerson - cool i just heard her name in my bookclub meeting at the library but didn’t hear what it was about. Thank you so much.

  • Blech. Sounds positively repulsive, if you don’t mind my saying so. I just hate vampire books.

  • Miss Emily just got Eclipse.  She read Twilight and New Moon in about a week.  Now she wants me to preorder Breaking Dawn.  I see many trips to the library after school is over.  Enjoy the rest of your trip.  See you in PA sometime soon.

Good to hear from you! How have you been? I ask Mom and Gram when I write/Skype, but they don’t have much to say, just little bits.
