I hope you have so much fun! I know you will! If I had to leave for a five month overseas trip, I would probably miss Burger King cheeseburgers. Mostly, the whole thing would be a BIG ADVENTURE!!! How exciting for you and your family! ((((((HUGS))))))
Hope you have a great time in England, hopefully the weather will be good.
Wow!! Departure day is finally here!! I suspect that you’ll be so busy exploring all things England that in 5 months you won’t have too much time to miss too much. Have fun!! I’m not sure what one thing I’d miss the most…probably people that I knew!
In regard to that previous comment up above…we haven’t been to Europe in a while now, but last time we were there, the Burger King and McDonald’s restaurants weren’t quite what we were used to here. Consider yourself warned! In fact, after having some very odd burgers at one place, we were told in another town that we should have avoided that establishment…they apparently were pretty regularly shut down for serving cat meat instead of the standard beef burgers. UGH!! (I’m thinking that we were in France and not England, but I can’t remember for sure.)
Bon Voyage!! Praying that you have a safe and wonderful trip!
I’m not sure what I would miss other than people and our dog. Possibly all the little conveniences that we take for granted here.
Recently I impersonated you on my site and asked everyone a question. I was so surprised not to hear from you, but now I understand why.
Bon voyage! May God keep you all safe, healthy & happy!!
I would definitely miss my sis the most… followed by my dog and all the books that reside in my house and would be unpackable.
-Naomi (Zeph’s sis)
I can’t imagine doing what you are doing. I don’t even have a passport! Can’t wait to read your British posts!
I am so excited for you! I think I would only miss my friends and family. I hope you all revel in the unknown, explore every part of the country, make lots of new friends and eat tons of hearty english food! May Father keep you safe on your travels.
I probably will my family and my friends. Maybe the food cuz the food is always different from over there to here in America.. I know so cuz I use to live overseas when I was a little girl for 3 and half years.. Culture difference of here and there would be different.. More of missing the familiar feeling when you are on the America soil.
Bon Voyage.. ((hugs)) Good luck doing that.. I know you are going to enjoy it very well.
I would miss nothing! Rob needs to get a job with Swiss Re so we can move to Europe! Have a great time!!!!

I have cousins living in Yorkshire England right now for at least a year and they say that anyone visiting england should visit the North York Moors National Park. this is probably a long trip from where you guys will be living but with the great transportation it could be possible.

I think I missed M & M’s the most. Smarties just aren’t the same.
Now on this side of the world, I miss Malawi peanuts more than anything else.
I would miss nothing! I would just enjoy this wonderful adventure that you are blessed to be able to embark on. Of course, this is coming form someone who lived in Germany for 3 years when her hubby was stationed there.
I’m out of the loop, but I don’t even know how you got this swell adventure.
Have a great time, and God bless you on your journey!
I would miss Pizza Hut pizza.
Don’t stay away from the computer for long, we’re dying to hear of your adventures!
oo!oo! You should have a Xanga contest for everybody to write cheesy poems about you guys! Winner gets a mince pie!
I would miss my own bed the most, I think.
Safe travels as you all embark on this new adventure!
Bon voyage! May it be much more fun and enjoyable than you can anticipate!
Miss the most? Definitely my friends…I’m suffering just from missing dance class weekly
I’m SUCH a people person! I think I’d also miss my huge book shelf crammed with books that I look at, admire, and pick from each day
I’d miss all the people I was leaving behind, but it sounds like your going to be able to contact them better than I did during my week. Have fun!
Not sure what I would miss, never been overseas. If my family didn’t go with me, I’d miss my family most. Have a good time over there. Is this a teaching job for a semester or something…just a guess since you are called Teacherperson
May God bless your time there!

I hope you are recovering well from your big trip. It was good to hear you made it safely across the ocean. We’ll probably miss you more than you miss us…as you’ll be busy learning and exploring.
