Feeling Springy
Yes, I am feeling a bit florescent this evening and decided to change a few colors at the site. It sort of resembles Play-Doh gone mad, but that’s okay because it’s Play-Doh’s 50th birthday.Nathan did quite well at the concert tonight. He is the first chair trumpet. (But, there are only two trumpets!) He had a number of solos which came off well despite his nervousness in general and at and having his trumpet teacher in attendance.
Michael is all excited because he turns double digits on Thursday! He wants a bike, and the Good Bike Fairy just may bring him one. It’s always a struggle to have your child ask for an expensive present. Then, when you get it for him, there is no other present to grace the table! Oh, well.
I’m getting all excited for the play this weekend. I love the theater!

“off-black”–one of my favorite phrases! Give everyone my love (and take a little for yourself) and tell Michael I wish him many more years!
Glad that the concert went well!
Hmmm…wish I’d known about the Play-Doh birthday! Then I could have put something clever on my site related to my crazy color change today. Like you, I was just up for something more springy.
Your niece wanted a “big birthday bash” for her double digit celebration. We told her that it was also going to be her present, but since she needed sneakers….. Thanks for the reminder that I need to buy that belated birthday card while at the store today. Everyone would be shocked if I would have managed my New Year’s Resolution of sending cards on time. Try that again next year.
I really like the color change…Play-Doh’s Birthday or not! Speaking of Birthday’s wish Michael and very happy one!
Can you tell me a little about your AP Language course? I homeschool two daughters who have excellent language/composition skills, no thanks to me. This fall they will be in 9th/12th grade. Will you be teaching next year? Would it be available to us? Thank you for your time.
Big presents can be fun on birthdays. I hope that I’ll be able to see one of the plays performances this weekend.
Yes, RYC means regard your comment or something like that. This is the play you cast and directed, right?
