  • Picture This
Sometimes I just get in the mood to take pictures. This afternoon was one of those times. While things to photgraph seemed fairly scarce, I still had fun. Here’s what I found worthy of a shot.

    Rocks!

     She Jumps!

    Little Spring Flower

And, just for Jessica, a black and white one.
    Railing

  • Thanks Mary, great picture of the “hand” railing!

  • Hand rail? I though it was a modern office building with the windwos reflecting the sky!  That is a very interestin flower, I don’t think I’ve seen one before just like that.

  • Who knew gravel could look so nice?

  • Hi.
In response to some of the comments and emails I have received, I have written a final post on my site about some new possibilities. You can check it out if you are interested.

  • Awesome pictures!!! I love your camera. I want to steal it. And you’re skill. Do you like scrapbooking?

  • Wow, I love your photos, they are all really great! The one with the girl jumping is probably my favorite. (Is it your daughter? She’s a cutie!) I love the colors and the stop of the action with her pony tail up in the air. I also love the railing one, what a great perspective and how interesting to see it in B&W. I wouldn’t have made that choice, probably would’ve left it in color because of the amount of sky in the photo, but I really like the look of the B&W with the simplicity of the photo. Do you mind telling me what camera you have? Tax refund is due in a few weeks, and my husband said I can get a new camera with part of the refund money, so I am researching. I’ve been using a Konica Minolta Dimage Z2, and I like it, but I think I want to go to a digital SLR. (If I can afford it, they are so expensive!)  I’m looking at the Cannon Rebel, it seems to be on the lower end of the price range. Any camera advice you have to share would be appreciated!

  • Gorgeous pics!  I love this weather we are having!!!  Saturday Eric & I leave for WI to visit family, so for 3 whole weeks I won’t get a chance to read your blog—boy, will I be busy when I get back home!  Happy Easter!  Thile

  • Great pictures.

  • Thanks for visiting my xanga and offering encouragment about homeschooling, CM philosphy is great and as you said seems so much like it is lacking, I feel like I need to emulate public school so much and it is hard to let go of that and meet my children right where they are at……it is always great to have each other to edify and uplift each other in this homeschooling journey, Thank you and God bless you!!!!!

  • I love the black and white picture. Very classy.

I’ll imagine a sunny, carefree day in June with you . . . lemonade or iced tea?

  • Nice pics, Mrs. Sellers!  This is Jimmy, btw.  Mine never turn out that way…

  • Your pictures are refreshing, inspiring and smile-inducing.  I truly appreciate that you share your gift.  Thanks.
